Refund, Return & Shipping Policy
We want every Lyrical Sip order to feel thoughtful, safe, and clear. This page explains how cancellations, returns, replacements, refunds, and delivery support work.

Orders are delivered across supported cities in Pakistan through courier partners.
Returns
Custom products are reviewed case by case, especially if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Replacements
If we made a mistake or the product arrives damaged, we will help resolve it.
1. Order cancellation
You may request cancellation before production starts. Because many Lyrical Sip mugs are personalized or printed on demand, orders usually cannot be canceled once design confirmation, printing, or packing has started.
2. Return eligibility
Returns are reviewed when an item is unused, in its original condition, and reported soon after delivery. Personalized mugs, custom text designs, and made-to-order products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your mug arrives broken, defective, or different from the order confirmed with you, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the item, packaging, and delivery label. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the case.
4. Refund process
Approved refunds are processed through the payment method or support channel agreed with the customer. Bank processing and wallet transfer times can vary. Delivery charges may be non-refundable if the courier service was already completed, except where required by law or where Lyrical Sip is responsible for the issue.
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary by city, courier availability, weather, public holidays, and address accuracy. We currently serve customers across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and other supported locations.
6. Cash on delivery and payment proof
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected by the courier or delivery representative. For bank transfer or wallet payment orders, customers may be asked to share payment proof so the order can be confirmed and processed.
7. How to request support
Contact us through the Contact page with your name, phone number, city, product name, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
